We specially tailor all of our business management and development consulting
services to suit the needs of our foreign commercial clients, whether they seek to
do business with other commercial enterprises in the U.S., or the U.S.
government. Many foreign companies are unaware that the U.S. government is
the largest purchaser of goods and services in the world, and may be missing out
on valuable opportunities to market their goods or services to the U.S.
government, both nationally and overseas at U.S. military bases.
Our foreign business consulting services are structured to assist our clients with
all aspects of commercial and government contracting, from the marketing stage
through the complete performance of the contract, including marketing strategies,
proposal development and negotiation, and contract management support once
the contract is awarded. In addition, we offer accounting and financial
management support, teaming and joint venture support, bid protest support,
import/export license support and support on freedom of information act
matters.
Our team of consultants has over 20 years of experience in the government
contracting field, and includes former procurement executives and contracting
experts with a keen understanding of the inner workings government
procurement procedures and an extensive network of personal and professional
relationships within the government. Please visit our section on business
management and development for a more detailed discussion of these services.

The military buys goods and services from over 13,000 firms, approximately
94% of which are small businesses.
Military retail stores purchase a broad spectrum of goods and services, including
the following:
Retail Merchandise, Supplies, Equipment and Services
Merchandise and Food of Foreign Origin
Non-Resale Items

Military Commissary Sales Support
The U.S. military has a chain of over 270 supermarkets, or commissarties,
providing goods to members of the U.S. military, with one-third of its stores
located overseas. Their sales average more than $5 billion per year, and they
typically purchase resale items that are traditionally sold in commercial
supermarkets, such as fresh produce, meat, dairy, poultry products and
household items. The commissaries buy a sizable amount of goods from small
businesses.
