Under this Multiple Award Schedules (MAC) contract we are authorized to provide services to all U.S. Federal Agencies. MOBIS is a flexible task-order schedule which provides management, organizational and business improvement services to Federal agencies in order to improve their mission performance, increase customer satisfaction and transform their operations.

SERVICES:

 Under authorized SINs, we can provide the following services:

874- 1; 874-1 RC:  Consulting Services:

·       Management or strategy consulting

·       Program planning, audits, and evaluations

·       Studies, analyses, scenarios, and reports relating to an agency's mission-oriented business programs or initiatives, such as defense studies, tabletop exercises or scenario simulations, educational studies, regulatory or policy studies, health care studies, economic studies, and preparedness studies

·       Executive/management coaching services

·       Customized business training as needed to successfully perform/complete a consulting engagement

·        Policy and regulation development assistance

·       Expert Witness services in support of litigation, claims, or other formal cases

·       Advisory and assistance services in accordance with FAR 37.203

874-7; 874-7 RC: Program Integration and Project Management  Services:

·       Project leadership and communications with stakeholders

·       Project planning and scheduling

·        Earned value management support

·       Project management, including performance monitoring and measurement

·       Reporting and documentation associated with project/program objectives

·       Stakeholders briefings, participation in required meetings, and related

project support services

·       Program integration services

·       Project close-out services

 HOW TO USE US:

Federal agencies can obtain MOBIS services through FPLH and T&M task
orders.   Agencies may order directly from a contractor or create an electronic
delivery order through GSA Advantage!™.  Agencies can issue their own task
orders or go through GSA-FSS.  The minimum value for each task order is
$300, and you may request a discount for each task order exceeding $1
million.
